The questions are:

What should i upgrade first, my windripper to a shaper bow or my helmet to +2 nado shot?

Second question is: should i go for assassins mark or ele weakness with my curse on hit?
Playing with herald of ice and and hatred as aura

Bigger question to me is why are you using Hatred with Windripper? Wrath should add more damage.

Hatred gives a portion of your physical damage as added cold damage. But if you mainly have elemental damage, then Hatred gives very little damage. Wrath gives you a flat amount of lightning damage.

Of course you can play around in Path of Building to see which is better for you.

Assassins mark is most likely more useful just because having more crit usually feels better. Ele weakness is most likely better dps though.

Before upgrading your bow/helm I suggest you get a watcher's eye with a wrath mod and good rare jewels. These will most likely benefit you more than the other stuff and it's cheaper too.
Not sure what your exact build is but usually an abyss jewel with high light/cold damage + life mod is more useful than any other upgrades you can get (assuming you have all the basic stuff like a 6-link etc)

also never use hatred in builds that don't deal phys damage. If you read the gem description you can see that it adds damage as a percentage of your phys damage. With a windripper build you only scale flat ele damage so hatred doesn't benefit you at all
