CA is going to be absolutely insane, you really can't fuck it up

Even if they almost doubled the damage the Chaos Dot won't do all that much damage really. Something around 250k shaper dps at best I think
So the traditional dot build won't be "insane" in damage at least.

Using it similarly to KB might be the way to go really. Depends how the explosions overlap

e/ for mapping it should be very strong though

Temp chains+Aspect of the spider and a stupid amount of faster start of energy shield recovery make it pretty damn tanky but the single target is pretty horrible.
I added some levels to the CA to simulate the buffed CA but it's still kinda average

thats a very long time i didnt played witch but i can confirm that that yes the oak aura damage was terrible in PVP
those players were able to killing everyone almost instantly, if able to get close enough and if the opponent wasnt CI...

/e i tried the new tree with PF, ended up in CI Occu )
