well that's not really the answer, any stat stick is better 1000 fold, even if that 10% didn't exist.

in other words, shields don't have good clear speed.

true, I was just trying to explain what he's losing by not dual wielding specifically rather than going into damage conversion etc.
I have no idea what his build is, for all we know he could be missing out on esh's mirror. Since I didn't know what his build is I tried to keep the answer as specific to his question as possible
