played a lot cwdt minion builds with heartbound loop
meaning you get shock from arc, and curses and all minion types, and some darkpact aswell
however the 3.2 necromancer buff somehow limits your arcendancy limits for minion builds
and to support cwdt-heartbound, you may need some shit healings like occuslist or Templar

I called it overtunned, and not relay like it, since it limits everything, like skellie mages
it gives 3 times more then the full passive tree
so I like to see a necro nerv and a minion buff
if not, I may go necro again and not pick a single minion note in the tree to still go hybrid
