Anybody else big into fantasy golf? I just got really into it this year. I play about ~$50 worth of entry fees a week on Draftkings.com.

Guess I'll start it off with some of my picks for the Memorial tomorrow.

Justin Rose - My pick to win it all. 2 top 10s and 1 win since 2010 at this tourney.

Steve Stricker - Predicting a top 10 finish. Won this event in 2012, and hasn't missed a cut in the last 2 years.

Stewart Cink - Sleeper. Dude hasn't missed the cut at this event since 1997. Expecting him to be alive on Sunday.

You should give draftkings a try.

As for my picks I did okay I guess, was horribly wrong with justin rose which killed my lineups but Cink made the cut as I predicted and Stricker ended up with a top 10.

U.S Open next week ;)

US open -

Winner - I think it's going to be a big name. Rory is on fire and he is my gut pick (not that his game doesn't fit the course). He's made 9 of 9 cuts this season with 6 top 10s. Another obvious pick is Adam Scott - currently #1 in the world he is made for this course. Top 20 in strokes gained putting and above average in driving accuracy driving distance and scrambling which will be required this weekend.

Top 10 finish - Graham McDowell, these greens are tough. If anybody can get ahead by getting hot with the putter it's McDowell. Matt Kuchar is another guy I expect to be top 10 pretty easily, he doesn't have the best history at us opens but he is due for a major and currently having the best season of his career.

Sleeper - Louis Oosthuizen, he's long. Players who can drive the ball long have a huge advantage on most courses these days. As long as he doesn't kill himself on the green, he should be alive on sunday.

Wish me luck :D I have about $200 in play on draftkings this weekend.

Didn't do too hot last week. Only had 1 lineup with Kaymer so overall I basically broke even. Not complaining as its better than losing :D

Now for the travelers championship tomorrow !

Winner - Chris Stroud. His history at this course is insane. Hasn't missed the cut in 7 years here. With 3 top 10's this season so far, I think he gets its first win this weekend. Also, look out for Jason Day (for obvious reasons).

Top 10 finish - Frederick Jacobson. The 4 stats I focused on when making my picks this week were fairways hit, greens in regulation, proximity to hole, and 1 putts. Jacobson ranks 50 or better in EVERY one of those categories. Combine that with a good history at this course, hes a lock for a top 10 finish.

Sleeper - Johnson Wagner? Lol I have no information to support this pick. For some reason Vegas is giving this guy 35-1 odds (better than zach johnson, hunter mahan, marc leishman, etc). He has never really ever been good. His best place this season is 144. It just doesnt make any sense, maybe a typo?

In good shape on the final day. Had 2 lineups and both are currently placing, one is in 4th place. Hopefully Ryan Moore can stay in 1st, he's on both lineups.

Didn't have time to post my picks for the quicken loans national, having an off week anyways.

Core golfers were Gary Woodland (currently +1), Kevin Chappell (currently +1), and Charley Hoffman (currently +2).

Greenbrier Classic

One of the easier courses on the tour, not very long. Somewhat narrow fairways, but overall just about every player on the tour is capable of playing well here.

The stats I focused on were scrambling, strokes gained putting, and greens in regulation.

Winner - Bill Haas, playing well lately + great history at this event.

Top 10 finish - Brendan Todd, arguably the hottest player on the pga tour right now. Playing like an elite. Only reason I don't have him winning is his streak has to end soon, right?

Sleeper - David Hearn, decent history at this event, but he was very consistent in the rankings on the stats I looked up.
