Does anyone have great tips for fore hand rollers? What kind of a disc I should choose? Stable or unstable?

My Disc selection is atm:
Disc Mania; FD, PD, P2, P1, MD1, MD3, FD2
Innova: Destroyer, Wraith, Firebird, Atlas
Innova Blizzard: Boss, Krait, DD2
