Ive been dedicating myself to working out this off season, mostly doing rotational exercises. I have torn an abdominal muscle and developed a hernia right under my navel. fucking sucks, meeting with the surgeon on monday.
Looking at about a month recovery time, first tournament is the middle of April. Hopefully be ready to go, kinda took me down a notch for this year already.
