What are some good golf workouts for someone at home with only barbells, a bench, squat stand, and trend mill

I need to put myself together a winter workout routine to really get into good golf shape for next summer. I really want to hit the ground running come spring.

hips
many videos on youtube, im busy for a few days but ill find some good ones and post them up soon.
