so ive been playing for about 5-6 months now, i've gotten pretty good and i love the game. slice isnt usually an issue with driving and can get 200+ usually when driving.
the clubs ive bought i bought like 3 years ago as a little beginners set. there ok, but i know better clubs (especially irons) will improve my game.

i made the golf team and i want to buy a new iron set (other clubs are fine) but idk if i should cuz price etc.

so my question is, first of all if i should buy a new set of irons, and if i should what would u recommend? im 16 so price range would have to be around 300 MAX

iso feedback :)

Yeah, what MisterFurious said.

I know people who buy a new iron set every year, so I would concur with MisterFurious and say find yourself a nice used set.

You can also get 2010 model iron sets at a great discount that are still very good. I got my iron set for 300 and it was new jus a year old model. I picked up the Nike Slingshot irons.

Go to a shop and find something you like to look at at address. Then test it out if possible, and tell them you want it fitted or your going somewhere else.

not many shops can or will adjust the equipment that you tried to fit you. They would more than likely have to order your clubs if you did that, and they probably wouldnt want to do this honestly

May be worth taking a look at. This is where I bought my irons. I got the cheap Adams set, but only because it was my first set of clubs ever. They seem to hit pretty well.

Luckily my buddy had bought the same set for his girlfriend so I was able to swing them a few times before purchasing them. For 120$ I dont think you can find a better set new.
