Before the end of the year if you want U grooves. Next year New irons will all have the V groove, and wont spin as much. You can always buy an older set, but if you want them fitted to you grab them soon. You can get fitted at most pro-shops.

some Golf Shops have semi pro type employees and indoor driving range, they can watch you swing, measure club speed and suggest the right typ of club for you.
The go to eebay, or 3balls.com and find the best deal

Walmart has some good deals on irons.
