Im having some trouble getting a lot of power into my swing

( i can post my swing if needed)

but i hit max 200 yards

my friends drive 250

Now what they say is i'm mostly using just my arms and a little bit of my body

Any tips on how to get my full body into it

Bro, it's impossible to know what to tell you without seeing your swing, could be several things...
But you DO need to get that worked out, I can muscle my 6 iron 200yds and I'm not a big dude

Hey what's up, I'm no expert or anything, buy I have a friend who's studying golf, from your description I have a few suggestions.
I used to have an army swing. and my problem isn't power necessarily, it was mostly just getting a good straight drive.

Try this if you can picture it..
I'm assuming when you swing, you swing your arms directly to your right and up ( if your right handed ) inline with your body.. instead try swinging on an angle more to the back of your body, and your left bicep will be closer to you chin. and it'll feel like your reaching to scratch your back for example. and just come down and follow through and practice that movement instead.. I tried it and it worked great..

Hope you get better results!

Nearly all of your power comes from your body turn.

Make sure on your backswing you turn your shoulders/upper torso so your back is facing your target (keeping your head down / eye on the ball obviously).

Then on your followthrough make sure you turn your upper torso so it rotates PAST where you are aiming (if you're RH - your chest should be pointing well left of where you were aiming when all is said and done)

That is where your power is coming from. But like Kazium said - I can also pound a 6-iron 200 yards and you don't have nearly as much torso turning on iron play as you do with a driver - so maybe you're swinging ridiculously slow / not making good contact / not getting enough vertical lift on the ball / etc.

My guess is your torso rotation though.
