Yeah well, it's getting to the point where it's been a little long. He's a busy guy though.

Plenty of time, but if he doesn't get it in by today at some point I'll skip him and he can pick at the end of the draft. He will still have his place for his 3rd round pick though; just his 2nd round will be moved until after

My main concern is the last round...I don't like how it's taken this long as there are only 9 of us..what can we do next time to make this faster/more smooth?

Well we have until Wednesday to complete this so I'm not concerned at all. This is the one problem I've had with hese draft games that there isn't really a way to fix.

Everyone is on different schedules, different timezones, etc. My way of countering this was starting the draft earlier than usual, giving us an entire week.


Only once out of the 3 previous times hosting this has someone needed to be skipped and make their picks at the conclusion of the draft

Patience fellas. There are two ways to solve this and we're doing one now, start the draft process early. Maybe next time, do an additional week.

The other option would be to give each user 24 hours to pick unless they request an extension which can be up to 2-3 days. You would only be allowed one extension. If we give the draft at least enough time to cover an extension done by each individual user (9 this time) we will have all of the picks in on time and done fairly.

It's a learning process, but I think what we have going on now is great. Next Major we can make some adjustments.

The process hasn't been that bad aside from this absence by Furious, and if he doesn't get on by today his 2nd round will be skipped and we'll continue at a good pace

It would be lovely for everyone to be on at once so we can do this in a day, but that's just not possible

Aka his 2nd round will be skipped for the time being, he can make that pick once the draft is concluded
