Golf 18 holes without a cart and say it wont get you tired, not as much as other sports but it does require an amount of stamina

The combination of walking 18 holes with a bag on your back, hitting swings (usually for me around 70ish per round), standing around waiting for others to take their shots, all under the heat of the sun and in the humidity + the large hilly fairways some courses have, it's not as easy as people think.

But yes, there are people who ride carts when they golf, but most of the courses I go to are walk only. Golf is more mental than physical, but there is a physical aspect to it which shouldn't be taken for granted.

Also, the movements of a golf swing call for a person to be in some sort of physical shape, sure there are people who play golf as a hobby and are extremely out of shape, but it is no different from any other sport, unless it's the pro circuit, there will be out-of-shape people who play the game for recreation, for the fun of it.

Yeah most courses have the option to cart/walk, I usually just play private courses that don't allow carts because there are no cart paths. I don't mind, it keeps the fairways in much better shape hehe :P

Walking a standard golf course is roughly 6-7 miles and it's not a level playing field such as football baseball soccer etc. , you think fatigue of concentration isnt a factor? How about the 50 lb golf bag your strapping on your shoulders?

i jog 10 KM in a row ez every other day stop complaining fatty

if you don't think golf is a sport just dont even touch a golf club and go play with your own shaft and balls elsewhere.

Lacking that much attention is really sad to see.
