Hitting a golf ball and hitting a baseball are the two hardest things to do in sports. Being a good hitter is probably a little harder, but each are extreamely difficult in their own right.
I just started baseball ( I HATE IT) last summer because my best friends team was gonna fold if I did not play.
So I didn't even know how to swing a bat properly, and @ the end of the season i finished with 1 Grand Slam, 1 In Field Grand Slam, and 3 other homeruns, is it hard to hit a ball? No. I didn't even step into the ball when I swing because I didn't know better and I was hitting 250-350 feet. Baseball requires nothing, and any decent athlete can succeed in.
P.S Only like 20 games a season
Then the level of competition was shit in your league. Maybe you have some natural ability, as some people are naturals in certain sports. But most likely, your league did not have deep competition. Go face a 90 mph fastball, followed by a 75 mph change up. Makes most people look like fools. Now introduce curves, sliders, forkballs, sinkers, 2-seamer's, 4-seamer's, spitters....
No, your league is just not that good, or you should be playing college soon, as you have serious natural ability.
