I've been playing for about 5 and half years. My dad, uncle and grandpa all got me into it, I've always enjoyed watching it since I was younger along with going to the range.

My best round would be a -2 on "Deer Run", basically a medi-ocre course, not far distance, but it was hell of a round, then I shot 8 over par on my next round. I usually played two rounds per day during last summer.

My best round was at... forget the name, but it was in Woodstock ( About 20 minutes from my hometown of London Ontario, Canada ) which was a hard course, which was an 87 on a par 72.

Smoked my uncle by a dozen strokes or so. :P

I play more poker than golf and hockey now though.

you said your best round was -2
then you said it was +15

probally because of the difficulty of the course.. i can shoot -1 on my local course, but if i went to a pga tour you think im gonna be able to do that even if i shoot 2x as good? not likely ;p

im left handed and i do a major slice .. i gotta aim to like 60degres to my right so my ball get in the middle of the fairway ..

the fuck i do wrong?

haha you know, when you have a slice and want to correct it by aiming more to the other side it kinda works against you.
a slice is mostly formed by making your swing from outside to inside. so if your a lefty and shoot the ball way to the left (slice for you) and you aim even more to the right the slice gets worse.

advice: try aiming more to the left and keep your eyes focussed to the middle/right of the fairway.
aiming more to the left and focussing to the right makes you swing more from inside-out which results in a beautiful draw :)

it's hard to give advice about slicing because over 90% of all golfers slices. if you want advice about your personal swing, send me a video :P

-2 was on a easy course, like really easy. Anybody who can hit the ball quite well could get even or under par without any trouble.

I only brought up my +15 because that's a good round on that course. I don't lie, don't try to make it look like I did.

i wasnt really saying you were lying
just pointing out that you said two different things, thought one was a typo
was the -2 on a par 3 course?
