i had a ls character and somehow it got deleted? i stopped playing for a few days n went i went on it says i am lvl 0 and had to pick a class..

when? does ur items get deleted?
i havnt really got into ls that much so idont know alot lol

No, no worries you get to keep those.

When the ladder resets, your character level will also reset. If you passed any Master Quests, your characters will also be reset to the original ones.
Any items and proficiences remain credited to your character
