Lets assume that I play Diablo2 and I use the same account as him. We also use the same jsp account, because we know exactly what we are doing. Now I believe that is totally legal and many people can use one account.
Now, when we want to seperate and one of us makes a new account and transfers the FG he made to the new account, is that really not legal?

One person per account. If your friend wants to use d2jsp he needs to make his own account.

no it is not legal, as the rules state

15. No multiple accounts - only one account per person is allowed. You may not under any conditions create more than one account per person.

16. No sharing of accounts - only one person per account is allowed.

So its totally normal that if I made a seperate account it got banned right away and I just lost the fg? Please don't ban this one, it was over a year ago... I just think its a really stupid rule and can't harm anyone and this forum has some real problems with hearing explanations and forgiving because I never read any rules on any of the forums and such a little thing bannable? Pfff...

It's bannable because it causes complications when a scam has occured and 'fault' (nah man, not callin you out) is trying to be found for who did it. So no it's not a 'stupid rule', it's to protect every other user on here from the dishonest ones. People who have a problem or refuse to read and abide by forum rules should probably stay off of them.
