i read the rules in the sticky on personal blogs but i just don't get it.

can i get some examples please on what i can blog without it being closed?

Examples of what blogs can be used for:

Keeping/updating history of in-game items.
History of signatures used.
Some daily (diary-like) things.

It's pretty much an online diary.

It cannot be used to post vouches or such.

Hmm, you know what an online blog is though right? Basically a place where you update things and can talk about stuff.

It's a great tool for keeping track of what you did and when, items you've gotten, milestones and dates, etc.

Keep in mind that it's not like General chat though.
