I wouldn't mind if it was just like 40 or so days for a warn removal, but it's 140+ days per removal
I know my "offenses" aren't nearly that bad to deserve that much time

The harder the sentence the more likely that those that witness the consequences will think twice before misbehaving.
If it was easy for people to get back down from a high warn% then they would be far less likely to learn from their mistakes.
You may feel your "offenses" do not warrant such lengthy pending removals but it isn't up to you.
Following the directions of the ones who do make those decisions is something you are going to have to deal with.
