I'm dying to use a signature/avatar and some forum gold
I wish there was some kind of probation policy Paul had so that I could have a kewl sig, access to my guild and such
Someone get a mod to scope my warn logs out, and then someone else (it can't be the same person or it will be suspicious) pm Paul my probation idea

As for the advice, you lose the privilege to do those things with the more warn you obtain.

Have another good look at the rules and tell yourself what you are doing is not worth it, you will need to change if you want to be on the opposite track of getting your warns removed rather than added

Hardly the problem, I can go literally a year and a half without making one mistake and I'd still be at 40% warn
I wouldn't mind if it was just like 40 or so days for a warn removal, but it's 140+ days per removal
I know my "offenses" aren't nearly that bad to deserve that much time

Rule violations are at the sole discretion of the d2jsp, if they thought you offense were enough to warn you this much then they can.

If you feel the warns are unjust, you will have to wait until you are back down to 60%, for PM rights, to PM a Moderator and plead your case.

The harder the sentence the more likely that those that witness the consequences will think twice before misbehaving.

If it was easy for people to get back down from a high warn% then they would be far less likely to learn from their mistakes.

You may feel your "offenses" do not warrant such lengthy pending removals but it isn't up to you.

Following the directions of the ones who do make those decisions is something you are going to have to deal with.

Most of your offenses are PvP spam, then again that account is shared, don't have any proof but just saying

just wait for the mod's response and stop spamming
