Since 15:30 i've been temporarily restricted aka realm down
i have restarted my computer several times.
I would like to know if somone would know a solution :) thanks.

Try these guides:

Guide To Bypassing A Temp IP Ban
Realm Down & Temp Ban Reversal Guide

Keep in mind you need a dynamic IP for this to work.
