So on WoW my graphics are having some odd issues where there is terrain that isn't supposed to be there, my game isn't lagging at all or anything.
I have an ATI Radeon HD 6370 (mobility) and I can't find drivers to update or anything, hoping that would solve the issue though

Lower ur graffic setting to the WoW recomended setting (each one will show u what's recommended based on ur current hardware) or one step lower & see if that helps
I also use Ctrl + S to shut off the sound/music - helps when I start lagging in/around the Auction house

that's a common advice, but did you try to deleted everything (folder included) and reinstall it? try to update your graphic card also ( i'll search, if i'll find, i'll edit my post)

Yes, get it fixed ASAP.
Remember, laptops need to breathe and should get a cooling pad, common problems to GFX cards fubar'ing are over heating.
