I was wondering if it is for people who need help running things, or jsp help, or people have questions or what?

I was just wondering what a good free movie editor (that I can download online) would be.

If not, can I get directed into the place that this topic would be appropriate?

It's for any sort of help, but if there's a particular section available on these forums.. the person asking will be redirected for the quickest and best possible answers/solutions.

And I'd try looking around on www.download.cnet for one (first place I'd try) Otherwise, see if anyone else knows one.

Yep, it's for any general things that you need help with; thus the name

Wax is a pretty good movie editor and it's free. Zwei-Stein is really gold however it's fairly technical. If you're more advanced, this would probably be a good option. Once again, this one is free as well.
