So, I'm playing D2 pretty regularly using my school's wifi and whatnot, and everything is fine. I tried logging into east tonight, and it gave me the "Unable to Connect" warning. I tried logging in on west and I was able to get in just fine. The message I'm getting is the same one that you would get for a temp ban, but I haven't been able to log onto only east for several hours now. I'm certain I'm not the only one to come across this problem. Anyone know how to fix it?

this happens to me once in a while not sure why

try a reset on your pc that sometimes works
or leave it alone for a while like 30mins to a hour

I don't think my IP is dynamic, and the 3rd link didn't work.



I've tried restarting 6-7 times, and this has been happening since yesterday. Still going on right now.

Also, I'm just a little confused that I can get on West but can't access East...

you may be banned from east atm try not connecting to east for a few hours always worked for me or try deleting your bnetcache in your d2 folder

This has been going on since 10 central last night, and I did that twice.

How often do you try an connect because i have been banned for 3 days the more you try an connect the longer it tends to not let you connect try letting it sit for a day then

Alright I guess I'll just have to do that. I can't see any other ways around it.

Temp restrictions can last 15mins - 72hrs

However failed log in attemps will not extend the time (this was a rumor disprove by Blizzards Tech & customer Service reps via there web site & phone conversation)

If the guides didn't work for u - unfortunitly u will have to wait it out
