My webpage will never load fully the first time i go to a new page / website and i have to hit refresh and load the page 2 times for it to work (or wait a two minutes for the page to load).
This gets very annoying after hitting refresh each time i visit a new thread or anything.
I cleaned up my disk drive, defragmented my computer, deleted all my web history / cookies and temporoary web files but the problem still remains. Any suggestions?

Normally clearing your cookies & cache works to resolve this issue - Ccleaner may also help

How To Remove Cookies From Several Browsers
Ccleaner

After doing these --> Restart ur PC & re log into d2jsp

if these don't work --> try a differant browser & see if that resolves your problem

To be honest (and you probably don't want to hear this) - but please download and install Firefox, Opera, or Chrome.
IE is the worst browser available. :)

If Firefox is not establishing a connection there must be a problem with your internet/network. Could you please give us the full error which it is giving you?

make sure there's no proxy

tools - options - advanced - network - connection - settings - no proxy
do you have a firewall?
