i just made a runescape account and they didnt send me a confirmation code or an email if that it will not let me play unless i put in my confromation code

Are you using any particular one?..
(eg. @yahoo.com/ @live.com/ @hotmail.com/ @gmail.com)

Yahoo and hotmail have a tendancy to block certain emails. Not sure if that's the same case with runescape though..

There should be a link to resend the conformation code or verification email.

If not, you can always send them an email. But just be patient, some things take time.
