Hello. If anyone could help me, it'd be greatly appreciated.

I.
A "friend" of mine managed to use a keylogger on me.
I'm from Germany, he was not - so instead of "taking over" my account, it is (from what I have heard) disabled due to the IP/country change.

That seems to mean that both my password and the email were changed.

II.
I tried to use the Account Recovery, however, without success.

III.
Is there anything I can do?
How can I prove it is my old account?
(I don't know my old email, perhaps the provider - but it's useless anyway if the email got changed by d2jsp?)
(I also moved, so everything IP-related is a bit tricky)
Is there anybody I could talk to?

IV.
I still know where I have mainly posted, with whom I traded, what I traded, with whom I was friends and so on.
I also would e.g. recognize my old email if I knew the first letters (and if it's still registered anywhere).
I know the city I registered it in. I know from where I have used it.
I'm not 100% sure I registered it on my real name.
It's also clear that it is now an "abandoned" account, so it's not like it was possible that I want to harm anyone.

V.
I saw no other way than to create a new account, and as my old one is disabled and can't be used, I guess it's not a Multi Account anyway.

VI.

It's an old account with more than 20.000 fg and it seems a bit harsh never to see it again.
Thus, if anyone knows what I should do - I'll be really, really grateful.

if this didnt help you http://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php
there is not much you can do i think.

did you check: I am trying to recover my account, but I forgot or no longer have access to the registered email.
?

if yes, did you add a list of emails that you possibly used to register your account?
you can also add other informations that you have about your account like how much you have donated and stuff like that, which only you should know and are not that easy to guess.

it also takes ~1 week until you get a reply.

I.
Make sure to remove the keylogger with this guide:
http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=15803482

After which, change your passwords if you haven't already.

II.
Use the contact feature at the bottom of the page to explain your issue. Be sure to provide as much specific information as you can!

III.
Once again, it would be best to use the contact feature. If you can remember anything specific about your account, such as orb purchases, tracked topics, etc, that would greatly help.

IV.
Be sure to include that type of information in your contact form ;)

V.
Use the contact feature and log off of this account; don't log back onto it. Also, don't make any other accounts please!

Thank you, everyone.

I did use the contact feature, and while there's little hope, I'll just wait patiently and log off.

Is there a rough idea of how long it takes for a response from the contact form, and where it will be somewhat personal to interact, or just a "too little information, have a good life"? :)
