i have blocked him from guild chat... now he is flaming all my posts...

Report his posts, gather the links and pm a trade moderator with them :0

Just be sure to not respond to his spam.

If he continues after a TM has given him a verable warning, contact the TM with the latest posts.

Moderators usually tell you to report them again if they continue, so feel free to do it again and his suspensions/warns may start piling up ;)
