Not sure where to post this, but General Help is usually a good starting point.

Account Name: Silverishblue2674

This user claimed that he was hacked 390 days ago and the person that hacked him had access to his jsp account and his email address.

He says that he sent countless amounts of emails to the account recoveries throughout the year and all were rejected by an automated system. He says he included his ip addresses, paypal information (that was used to purchase fg through jsp), passwords, and gold passwords and was still unable to recover his account.

He says that he has access to the paypal account that was used as well as the email that the paypal is linked to.

Please let me know if you can help him, or what I should tell him.

He should use the contact feature @ the bottom of the site

Account recovery & the Contact feature are his only options to use

Plz let him know to provide as much info as he can (date orbs purcased, tracked topics etc) to prove the account is actually his - along with all the information he's been provideing & wait patiently for a response - it can take some time to get one

The only thing he can do is contact njaguar with a personal email.

he should use the contact and recovery buttons.
then as he got keylogged he should use the how to get rid of keyloggers topic
