Even when you request to have your account deleted they won't do it. So unless that guy gets on and buys a name change you're out of luck.

If he ever does come back you will more than likely have to pay at the very least 3k fg probably more.

1500 for his name change, 1500 for yours, and any profit he will want.

That is if he wants to change it at all.

So essentially your chances of ever getting that name are slim to none.
