Do not trade for / sell real life items outside the Donor Forum. This includes but is not limited to CD keys. No linking to any outside auction or trade sites.

i'd like some clarification on this rule, I mean, are steam gifts count as real life items? there is no physical real life item and well, no physical cd keys, etc.

so can you trade steam gifts for fg or something? or is it an illegal trade? and can you post the rule that specifies that?

thank you.

if it involves something that is not an in game currency for some particular video game, then yes it would be considered a real life trade I believe.

I doubt it is allowed to sell steam accounts on Donor Forum.
It is this you mean ? stream ?

As Legacy said explain what you mean so we can give you the exact answer you are looking for.

Well, on steam (a digital distribution platform) you can now buy games as gifts and give them to other people.

Just curious if that virtual gift counts as a real life item.

Buying items from an item shop and selling @ d2 does also involve real money.

Yes but d2 items have an ingame currency.
As DoomOnYou has perfectly explained it is allowed to sell items with an ingame currency without using Donor Forum.
