who can see disposed juvenile records? (felony)

What background checks will a disposed record show on?

Also, will getting them expunged and then sealed remove them from these few sources database?

If they are expunged they can't be used against you as an official reason.

I know that for a regular job it will not show but for a government agency, they have access to databases that a non-government place of employment would not legally be able to access

try to google it or something or call your local court house or whatever and ask them

my local court house "disposed" of it when I turned 24, not 18 (different states most likely)

but that doesnt mean it is not in the NCIC system or another crime database since it is a felony.

When I get background checks on my possible employees for my team here at Cisco Systems, we get a federal report. I can see any arrest and or conviction, probation deferred probation etc...

Doesn't matter what age or even if it was thrown out. I was in some trouble when I was young so I over look things from when people were juveniles unless it is serious. As for Beowulf and marinda I can use any reason I please not to hire anyone. Maybe it has to do with being with a multi billion dollar company, but that's the way we work.

Cisco systems? Does that deal with any government assignments or anything federally oriented?

Also do you mind disclosing your method of background check?
