Long story short, I cannot access USWest.

My USEast accts work fine, but when I try USWest it tells me:

"Diablo II was unable to connect to the realm server. The realm you selected may be encountering connection issues. Please make sure your internet connection is working properly and/or your firewall has port 6112 opened"

Sometimes I cannot even get past the "Accessing your account" block. When I can, and I log on, it gives me the above error, where the temp ban error generally is.

Hmm, try deleting your bnet cache and turn off your router for a couple mins.

If it still doesn't allow you on, you probably tried to log on too many times. You'll have to wait that out.

If it lasts longer than 12 hours you may want to contact tech support and see if they can assist you.

Yeah it has been almost a full 24 hours now.

Could you clarify on how to clear the b.net cache?

Thank you.

Eh, it was a long shot ;)
Due to the length of time, your best option is to contact blizzard personally and see if they have any suggestions / can provide insight on the issue.

Best of luck :)
