If it's not true, then you have nothing to worry about.
Just report his spam and ignore it.

Fake accusation = don't worry.
Any actions won't be taken if you're saying truth*.

The best thing to do is to ignore the user, add him to your block list and simply don't respond to any of his posts.

If you want, you can PM a moderator and make them aware of the situation, but unless they start flaming or EXCESSIVELY harassing you, nothing much will be done. However, a nice verbal may help you out here.

It is all spam just ignore the user(s) who are saying your doing it, don't reply to them. If it gets out of hand then PM a Junior Moderator about it.
