It is where you make a character in classic so there is no act 5 and you get rushed all the way to Hell Act 3 and then convert, skipping all the ancients.

This also makes your character a perfect bumper to sell :)

It's like a Grush, however it's on classic; not expansion.
Also, since the highest act on classic is act 4, you don't have to "glitch" your character to the next difficulty.
