who checks the mails for contact on the bottom of the page
because my friend had sent numerous mails to whoever and it has been almost a year or two with no reply lol...

The contact feature is checked by Njaguar, It can take sometime to recieve a reply

A yr or two is a little excessive, have your friend try using the feature again & provide as much info as he/she can

also have them check there spam/junk folder of the email they added to make sure it's not blocking Njaguar's email response

agreed it is excessive and i doubt he remembers the full detail of the issue anymore because of the time frame =/

It may not be. Just ask him to try again, and maybe try once or twice a month.
