it used to be 2 minutes, now its 4 minutes and 30 seconds.. my warn hasn't even gone up

Every 10% of warn, post time is increased by 30 seconds.

Post time is increased by 10 seconds every warn, up to 40%. I believe at 50% and beyond, the increase in time gets larger, but he said that his warn hasn't gone up.
