I keep getting this for many sites that i visit (not all, facebook seems fine)



it just randomly happened after i rebooted my computer. i'm not sure how to get rid of it.

edit: to get out of it, i always have to type in https://
it's quite annoying especially when i've entered data beforehand, and it wont let me

yeah i've tried fiddling around with them, nothing seems to have changed.

Check there if you have those sites blocked.
Unblock them if that is the case.

and did you check your AdBlock ?

It could possibly be an issue with your host file. If for some reason you have typed youtube's address in the file, it will block the website.

You can check this file at C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts
Open it with notepad and see it youtube is among the blocked sites.

do you use anything related to mcafee?

edit: when you deleted and reinstalled google chrome; did you delete all folders related to google chrome? [included cookies, history,etc ?]
