I'm trying to upload things to my PSP but sadly when I go into "USB connection" on the home of the PSP it says:


Connect this system to a PC or a PS3 system using a USB cable

I do this, and nothing happens.


There is nothing wrong with the USB cable.

Have you tried plugging it in first, and then enabling USB mode?

did you try to update your psp?

Could be your cable that is broke, it happened to me before, also try turning off battery usb charge, might help it.

Maybe your cable is broken or maybe it's not good connected to the usb entry.

I can't turn USB Mode on, it just says to connect it to a USB cable. "USB mode" doesn't exist.

Nothing is wrong with the USB cable I mentioned this, maybe it has to bee a PSP-only USB cord? Other PSP's work with other USB cables though, so i'm confused on that part.

I did update it.

1st. Is your PSP hacked, update it to ofw if that
2nd. Charge your psp to 100% and take out battery put back in and try again
3rd. Take off any custom themes or ptf themes u have on there
