Yes, but the screen name itself has value, due to it's name.

best would be to ask a senior mod about this issue, but tbh i doubt you can get fg for the name ( if its legal to sell :S )

It's an illegal trade, the only accounts which may be traded are Diablo 2 and Eve Online accounts.
