I click to open ps but nothing happened, tried reinstalling but still wont open

need this asap any tip?

Have u tried clearing ur cookies/cache & restarting ur PC?

Make sure your operating system or antivirus isn't blocking it access from the internet. I know sometimes the Windows alerts hide behind the program.
