Someone scams me and it's illegal, can I still have the person Tag'd & Locked?

Post in the Scammer Accusation, scamming is not allowed on d2jsp.
For your own security do not do illegal trades in the future.
That also includes PM trades without posts in the trade topic.

If the trade itself is illegal, he cannot get locked, from what I've seen...

The only time I've seen an unsupported trade scammer get locked was in a poker game. The scammer made the other guy upfront.

Just because a trade is illegal, it does not mean that scamming is allowed in that trade.
Scamming is clearly against the rules, there are no exceptions.
