Is there any easy way to get lists of items from mules/characters etc. that I would like to put up for trade, or do I have to do it all manually?

You will have to do it manually.
Such programs that can do this is not allowed to discuss about. (don't know if they exist)

You'll have to go through and list them yourself.
A great way that I used to use was:
Open d2 in window mode
Open Noteoad or your jsp list
Youre now able to have both screens up. Move your curser over the item and right it down in notepad
