I use headset for talk on vent/skype. But when i connect my headset every sound pass on it. They have any way to make like game/itune(music) stay on computer speaker while keeping vent/skype on headset?

I believe this may be possible with a usb headset, however i do not use a usb headset. A usb headset would have its own default in the sound settings, and ventrilo you can choose which sound/mic it uses. However since a Audio/Mic jacks use the default sound of the computer, it would make it impossible from splitting off the microphone speakers from the main speakers.

I also do not use Skype, and do not know if you would be able to choose audio input/output for it.

I usually just plug my speakers into my laptop, i have my laptop setup to auto stream all the music from my desktop, so if i get any new music its already on my laptop.

plugin your headset

open your volume mixer and just put the settings sounds via the speakers. i think it automatically changed to your headset, so you have to switch it back manually

i dont have a usb headset , i got the old one with the sound / microphone plugin , just change the settings in skype / ventrilo manually

for skype go actions > options > audio settings > loudspeaker > Headphones

for vent go setup > voice > output device > headphones

i got windows 7 too. if it doesnt work just shoot me a pm :)
