Hearing a lot of rumors about ladder resetting etc, just wondering if anyone knows a for sure date.

supposly its sept 28th, around there

The last reset was March 28th and supposedly they are going to happen every 6 months now due to the release of D3 being soon, so we can maybe expect the next one to be late September, however nothing is official yet so no one knows the real date.

Expect them to announce a week or 2 in advance though.
