It crashes at random moments even tho its plugged
Anyone could help me fix this?

what do you mean by crashes?
do you get a blue screen of death or another error message? if so, what's the error message?
or does it just restart?

Its closes
Then I reopen and it gives me two options, starting normally of solving the error
Star normally just crashes again
Solving problems brings me to a blue screen and then it scans for the error etc

Sounds right cause its pretty hot when it crashes

Also try not putting it on your lap alot of the older laptops have their vents facing down, major design flaw.

You can try keeping your laptop elevated off of cloth to allow air flow, and you can try not running so many programs at once. Here are example of some cooling pads that might be good for your machine:
