Have you offered it as a service in the trading grounds or used "My Events" on the top right of your screen?

You can browse through the trading grounds and look for people in search of a level job and offer your services to them as well as have a thread of your own.
The harsh reality is that with a recent join date people may find a more established member.
Level job's require trust and as long as you keep maintaining your customers approval of your service the word will get around.
Hang in there!

Beowulf is right.
Before doing level job, start with rush, skills/bonus quests, get to know more people who using frequently the "service" section. you are facing the reality of D2jsp community !
Good luck sir.

Along with what everyone else said, try offering a few free services. If you show people that you're good at your job, they'll come back for more later. They don't have to be big services, just something like a free rush. Do this a few times and then try getting customers.

Offer select deals to people and show them that you can do a good job.
