Idk how to get un r/d i live in cabins and i dont got the router in my cabin so i cant reset it. i donno any other way to fix it. i been r/d for 15hrs

If you can't reset your router then you can do the following:

Start --> Run --> cmd --> ipconfigrelease --> ipconfigrenew

If that doesn't work you'll have to wait it out up to 72 hours.

Pretty much this. The cmd part will change your ip address just so you know.

ipconfig /renew

You probably have to be running as an Admin to use that command. Keeps kids from accidentally deleting the entire hard drive lol.

what you mean? how do i find out? its my laptop and im only one using it

Go to Control Panel --> User Accounts --> Change an account

Choose your account and make sure you have given yourself full administrative abilities to change anything on the computer.

im the administrative it says. how do i check the abilities
