I donated like 5 times and I have no idea where to find it or if I even can be part of it.

You have to donate 25$ in one shot to get a chance at access.

Are you sure you donated or did you just buy forum gold ?
And you are not 100% to get in... you will go through a screening process.

And it has to be 25 dollar in 1 donation.

You will receive access to the "DF" after you donate to D2JSP merely by being a well defined member of D2JSP. You cannot purchase access to the "DF".
