i got this pm from system and sometimes i forgot to change iso to FT and ft to iso and they want give warn if i forget it more often?

You will not get warned for this.
It is a common mistake.

But if you post same topic before 4 hours you would be early bumping.
So if you make an ISO topic and you are selling something in that topic.. then don't post same topic a min after as FT topic.
This could be an attempt to bypass the 4 hour bump rule.
