try fowarding your ports
http://portforward.com/

For TCP it's port 4000 & 6112, for UDP it's 6112-6119

see if that helps
and try disabling you firewall

first off try to disable your firewall see if that does it

im not 100% with all routers and what not all i know is most of the time you have to forward those ports

what type of router do you have?

ok what you need to do is

start > run > ipconfig

get the standard gateway ip

then go to your browser and type that in

will bring you to your router page
it will have you login to it

if there is a username and pass

try Username: admin / Password: admin
or leave the username blank and Password: smcadmin
see if that works

Now you are at your modem / router's main menu, go to Advanced Settings -> NAT -> Virtual Server. Once you are there, you should see a list of empty input boxes, Now, in the first empty input box, put the last three numbers of the IPv4 Address. Like so: If the IPv4 Address is 192.168.2.100, you put 100 in that box. Then, in the drop-down box, select TCP&UDP. In the LAN PORT and PUBLIC PORT input boxes, enter the Port that needs to be accepted. Now select the enable check-box and click Add.

and after doing all that you dont need it i go slit now haha

grats tho
